Pregnancy Confirmation

I always have a regular period cycle however, this is the first time, my period got delayed for 3 days and I have checked pregnancy test that shows negative. So how is this then? What should I do?

klu nak check upt, at least try tunggu 2weeks after date period tu lepas, then try check, mana tau naik double line
