I already giving birth to my 3.07kg princess on 14th Feb (normal) at 1135. thanks to this community for the great sharing among the mothers. Alhamdulillah.. 10 pm - water leaking 2 am - water get more and more 6 am - 3-4 cm opened 0740 - start contraction 1120++ -enter LR and finally ... ???

kalau dr segi supplements, sy cuma amal iberet je yg Dr kasi. tips lain tuk mudah bersalin, kene aktif selalu tp bhenti sebelum penat. takut baby mengeras.. part ni boleh senak dibuatnya. hihi.. makan pn kene konsisten sbb bsalin ni anytime, tkut xde energi.. bila dh kelam kabut, sakit, mmg x mampu nak jamah apa2 even energy bar😅😅
