X selera makan

Hye mummy2....ada x mcm saya xdh selera makan.... Kandungan 9week.... Nasi smuaaa x blh mkn.... Smua mknan terasa pahit.... Minum air kosong jkk...apa mknan yg blh buat rasa muntah hilang yh....perut kosong.... Amalkn minum air putih jkk da kenyang tapi badan rasa lemah

I think most important Puan kena makan sikit tapi kerap. My meal time in 1st trimester agaknya pkl 7 pagi, 9 pagi, 11.30 pagi, 4 petang, 6 petang, 11 malam. Try cereals like cornflakes, granula with milk, bananas, small fruit snacks
