How to exercise influence on husband? Any timeless tips which always work ;)

We're all living at my dad's place now, so whenever I want my husband to do something and he protests, I'll start with "then I'll get my dad to do it..". The other method is to put on a very sweet coy voice and ask him sweetly if he is willing to do something for you.
