Hello, Make sure that everyone is cleaning their hands with sop. Keep paper towels for drying hands. Whenever anyone visits the room of the person who is sick, sanitise hands or wash with liquid soap and scrub hands for atleast 20 seconds to make sure that germs are off your hands. Use disinfecting cleaner with the mop. Change the towels everyday if everyone is using the towel for wiping hands, and better use paper towels as I said above. When you're rolling around between the sheets, you're basically rolling around in your own filth. Studies have found feces, salmonella, and E. coli on bed linens. Wash your sheets once a week, and make sure the water is hot, because germs can live through a cold or even a warm wash. Airing out your home for just a few minutes daily will help to let stagnant air out and fresh air in.

First thing to do is use your own utensils and don't mix them with others'. Wear mask if you have cough and colds. Spraying lysol will also do. Avoid kissing your baby also.

When I had chicken pox, I was isolated in one room. But whenever I would go out to the restroom or get some food in the kitchen, they would immediately spray Lysol.

I have a humidifier here at home. Ot can eliminate airborne viruses. Lemon essential oil is the one that I use.

We mop the floor with zonrox or domex and then we spray the entire house with lysol.
