I buy diapers when there is offer so if est u one month need a ctn of diaper would be ard 70+ (include shipping from q10) for pampers brand then fm dumex mamil 1.5kg is 92 from ntuc (no idea how fast ur lo finish it that you calculate how many tins u need a month)
About 800 per mth per kid including enrichment classes and childcare fees

My Son currently turning 10 mths and so far have spent around 1k for his necessity I.e milk powder, diapers, wei wipes etc.
