About 3-4 days to a week to start walking around more normally, 2 wks to walk without much pain. Don't be shy about taking painkillers, you'll need them. 1 months without any outward pain. About 3 months before i could strap on carrier around my waist to carry baby without any pain at all inside (i tried at 1-2 months but felt pain inside almost immediately). For your body to fully heal internally, it can take a year or more. E.g. if u want to have another child, doctors will usually advise to wait 12-18 months, cause another pregnancy too close can cause uterine rupture.

For me, completed heal without feeling any pain, sore or sensitive on the area, about 1 year.
