How long does mummies do confinement? Because of budget, thinking to reduce my confinement period.

Generally about 4 weeks. The first 2-3 weeks, you’ll still have a lot of pain/discomfort, so don’t cut down on getting help too much:) I didn’t have a confinement lady, but my husband was with me
