Kegels are easy to do and can be done anywhere without anyone knowing. Find the muscles you use to stop urinating. Squeeze these muscles for 3 seconds. Then relax for 3 seconds. Your stomach and thigh muscles should not tighten when you do this. Add 1 second each week until you are able to squeeze for 10 seconds each time. Repeat this exercise 10 to 15 times per session. Try to do this at least 3 times a day. Don't do Kegels while you urinate. Doing them during urination can hurt your bladder. http://www.webmd.com/women/tc/kegel-exercises-topic-overview

I had several issues with my pregnancy, and one of the primary concerns I had was not having strong enough hips to support the delivery so I started doing Kegel exercises at my doctors advice. You can even do it as you're going about your day, this article helped me a lot with finding out about my pelvic muscles and how to 'activate' them. http://ph.theasianparent.com/kegel-exercise-for-pregnant-women/

You know when you have to pee but you can't find a bathroom? The muscles you use to stop your pee from coming out is involved in Kegel exercises. Don't perform Kegels on a full bladder. Kegels involve squeezing the pelvic floor muscles for 5 seconds, and relaxing for 10 seconds. 10 times of this is considerd as a set. http://www.wikihow.com/Do-Kegel-Exercises

my best friend is a gynaec in India, she recommended some basic kegel exercises like squeezing the pelvic muscles, then some yagasanas which include squeezing the pelvic muscles while breathing in.. I have been doing it for a long time now and I really feel it is effective :)

Agree with Jamie and Danni. It's when you feel like you've gotta hold in your pee. You can read more about the how to's here: http://www.webmd.com/women/tc/kegel-exercises-topic-overview

It's like controlling you urine. Control, do your counts and release. Repeat and do in sets. Can do anywhere. Good exercise to strengthen the muscles.

You can try kegel exercises when you pee, stop and start - this is probably the easiest way. Also, found this image for kegel exercises!
