First Trimester

How do you cope with your first trimester? Currently, I just feel so tired, nauseated.. I cant eat anything without feeling like vomiting. But I'm also hungry. What do you guys recommend? Update: Thank you everyone for the lovely reply and support! ❤

Try to prepare figs, sweet with you to control the nausea feel. Try not to think too much and relax.

I put energy bars in my pocket so I can munch on time whenever needed :)

Take frequent small meals and have hot ginger water to alleviate the nauseous feeling.

buy dried ginger candy its really good. Food wise better to eat light like sandwitch

Dr OatCare oats helps when i dont feel like eating anything due to fear of vomiting

Drink Peppermint Tea will ease the nausea feeling. It works for me (:

Try drinking milo and plain biscuits in bet meals to curb the nausea

Have light or small meal. Try sour plum also, it might just work.

Try small amount, or just eat what you feel like it.

i am 5 weeks pregnant but no symptoms no sore boobs is that ok ?
