Bottled Bird Nest Taste

Does anyone knows why does Eu Yang Sang Superior Bottled Bird Nest tastes abit Fishy/Crabby? The rock sugar drink was fragrance though... The bird nest was taken from caves it seems. Has the taste of the birdnest got to do with the quality of bird nest? I remember having a bowl of nice refreshing bird nest in Bangkok restaurant & it didnt taste like that... Can someone recommend what other brands will have better taste?

5 weeks pregnant safe to swim?

Isit safe to go for swimming 14 days after a frozen embryo transfer?

personally I wouldn't go swimming after an embryo transfer. I might worry that the chlorine in the water might cause any infection or interfere with any vaginal progesterone inserts which one may be using post embryo transfer. so, I wouldn't advise swimming to risk anything or just to have a peace of mind. When the pregnancy is stable then I will go swimming.
