Just remember that your kids does not know anything. They are innocent. I feel you too bc when my son gets messy and naughty I feel the urge to scold him. But then I look at him and thought to myself that he needs attention. Try to calm you kid down by slow talking to him/her while rubbing his back. It usually helps..
