Diet. Cut off semua carbo & sweets.. sya pun sdg dipantau sbb ada gdm.. but so far now okay sdah.. a week diet berat turun 1kg and gula is normal. Buah oun makan yg tawar sja.. jambu batu atau green apple.. Buah pun ble buat kita gdm..
