Hired a myanmar helper and been living with us for nearly a year.
At first, she was quiet and hardworking, but now that she's into her job for about a year , she started giving attitude. Ask her something there's no response from her. Not even a yes or no. I have to ask about 2,3 times to get her answer. Even if there's a reply, she sounded very annoyed to answer my question. When I confront her, she'll claim she's fine, and that's her natural self.
I've been very patient with her and told her that if she's unwell or wants to rest, just let me know. Sometimes I feel like am I too lenient with her? Was going to give her 1 month bonus after 1 year. Makes me feel like she doesn't deserve it at this rate.
