Hii me too! Too much walking or sitting gets me swollen too! I need to alternate btwn that. And usually will elevate my legs at home

Same. Here 32 weeks and 6 days.. Kahit 3 Liters na ng water inumin ko.. Pero pag inielevate ko Yung binti ko nalelessen naman..

It is normal. Ur body at 32 weeks has 50% more water as compared to non - pregnant. Exercise more, elevate ur legs.

elevate my leg at night and drinking a lot of water.. walking in the morning 15 to 30 mins.. avoid sweet and oily foods.

Keep legs elevated ......have lots of guilds and try to walk around a bit if you can .....

Put your legs up for 20 mins and while youre at it, place a pillow on your lower back

You won't be able to get rid of it even after giving birth. Not at least after a few weeks.
