Confinement ‘tinkat’
Hello! I’m considering getting confinement meal delivery rather than a nanny, as I already have a helper, and we both agreed that we probably don’t need a nanny (plus bad prior experience). Wanted to ask for recommendations for confinement meals, and also your experience in terms of meal delivery times, food quality? I also understand that the confinement meals usually come with red date tea - what do you drink when you run out of that?
Diclectin and still puking?
Hi mummies, it’s me again. I’m on Diclectin since Monday, and still timing out the doses so that it brings down the nausea to a minimum. But I still find myself puking at certain times of the day. Wondering if there is anyone who also experienced the same as me? Are there any mummies who are also taking multiple doses of Diclectin in a day - can you share how you time your doses? And also share how you time your meals? (I don’t really feel hunger now. Rather, it comes as a strong wave of nausea when it’s near mealtime)
Morning sickness
Hello there, have been hit by very bad morning sickness. Any recommendations on what to do? Already trying hard to keep food and water down. Tried peppermint oil, Novomin, and it just seems to be getting worse :(((( pregnancy is hard!!!!!
