Yes it's called walking pneumonia. My child was warded few years back due to this. The warning signs are fever that won't go away after 5 days and breathing sounds like wheezing. She recovered after 2-3 days in hospital with antibiotics.

Yeah, I actually had it last year for two months before I went to the doctor and got it diagnosed. He gave me antibiotics and it soon went away, but I wished afterwards that I hadn't lived with it for eight weeks before seeing the doc.
