Breathing exercise utk kurangkan rasa contraction dan keep on bekalkan oksigen kat anak masa contraction, selawat dan zikir.. jgn minum ape2 air selusuh atau air bacaan ape2 selagi jalan belum bukak/tny doktor or nurse. Semoga dipermudahkan urusan ye sis
Tarik nafas hembus guna mulut sikit2..sy buat cam tu..bahu kena relax.. Bila time belum org suh teran la... Penafasan yg tu penting.. Anyway Good luck sist, jgn takut just ingat jap lagi jumpa baby jer 😄😍😍..
Tarik hembus nafas slow2 .. Smpai rse nk teran rse mcm nk buang air besar..
