Pregnant Unknown Location

Hi guys. Currently im 6th week. Yesterday i have a heavy bleeding. Just now, a big ketulan darah keluar. Admitted since last night. And now, doctors waiting until tomorrow night to check my blood hormone. Kalau keputusan makin menurun. Bermaksud saya keguguran. This is my first time ever ?
