IUI And Miscarriage

Hi, I have done my 1st IUI and was confirmed pregnant. This is my 5th week. Yesterday was having bad bleeding and blood clogged. Just check with the gynea and waiting for blood test. Is it IUI having higher chance of miscarriage?
