May gumagamit pa ba ng pasador nowadays? How about the millennial kids, mas into modern ways na ba sila when it comes to braving their red days? :)

I'm not sure about pasador, but I have mommy friends who use modern cloth pads. Some use menstrual cup. But the millenial kids I know still use disposable pads.
