Lots of water and keep latching/pumping is more effective than any food. Other than that, the lactation cookies I bake myself is quite effective. Tons of recipes online, just pick one to follow. Fun to make as well.

Oats, milo (Australian one is better), fish, papaya, milk tea (great if you are a bubble tea lover!)
