Mucus plug at 39 weeks and 3 days

Ganyan napo lumabas saken kanina then after that puro may blood padin yung mucus. I got checked nadin and still 1cm, may contractions but still keri padin. Water bag still intact. Anyone experiencing the same? Nakakapraning kasi hindi ko ito naexperience sa first baby ko ??
