From the moment your water breaks, what should you do? Like shower? Eat food? Grab hospital bag? Is there anything else?

You should head to the hospital because when your water bag breaks, both you and your baby are at risk for infection. It is a misunderstanding that water bags have to break in order for labour to start. Many women (including myself) had really close contractions and only had their water bags broken in the delivery suite. Time your contractions and if it is about 10 minutes apart, you can call the nurse at the hospital and they will advise you accordingly. http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/489508

Water breaking is pretty late already so yes, grab your bag, some food, and go! Once your contractions start getting painful, message your gynea (then go for a shower). She will ask you to monitor how far apart they are and tell you when it's time to go to the hospital. Don't forget the things that are packed into the hospital bag at the last minute like your phone charger!
