Hello everyone, Iam breastfeeding my 3month old. Is it okay to do intermittent fasting. Since got no time for exercise iam planning for a intermittent fasting to lose weight. After a month of delivery lost 8kg but again I gained all those weight. Any advice on how to lose weight?

I actually practise that by eating dinner at 5.30pm, then breastfeed during the night, and take breakfast after 8am.. so I don’t skip meals and still manage to do this fasting. I’ve lost all the pregnancy weight and more. Also no time to exercise 😅
