Losing Prepregnancy weight

Mummies, is it okay to fast 3 days while BF? I couldn't shed the last 8kg and I'm feeling so depressed... i got to admit I eat little but I drink a cup of zero sugar milktea (my source of happy food) to keep my sanity.. On the other hand, I am feeling so sad as I couldnt fit into my old clothing. Any recommendations to lose weight fast?

You have to eat normally instead of cutting down on food intake because you need the energy and nutritions to bf. Just try to limit food intake after 8pm but have all 3 normal meals and drink more water too. Can also have lesser carbs in your meals. I ate like a cow when I’m breastfeeding, took me around 6 months to shed off all the extra weight and more. During this period, try not to try on your old clothings (I know it’s hard and I’ve been there too! Also, stress contributes to weight gain for individuals and affects supply). Focus on eating and resting well. You can try exercising to double up the process.

I feel u. Me too. However, weight loss isn't my priority now as it is not really possible to reduce weight while eating to bf. But i am making effort to reduce junk food and excerise more. N hope to slowly cut the weight back to pre preg in a year time.
