5months 8days pregnant

Hi everyone.I have a problem and don't know who should i consult and discuss.Every time when i want to clean my vagina after pee,i can feel that like 'something' almost pulling out from my vagina but when i checked again,it's seems not.It just happens when i want to go to restroom.I really want to know is that normal that case happened during 5months pregnancy?This is my first time experience in pregnancy and i really really need someone's advice and guide.
