Is Pineapple Really Forbidden?

Hi everyone. Just now I bought a pizza bread at a bakery and I didn't remember there's pineapple in it until I saw a piece when I was about to take my fourth bite. I stopped eating right away. I am not sure if my previous bites contains pineapple or not but I'm quite worried because I'm only at my 9th week of pregnancy.
