Baby bottle

Hi does any one knows why all new baby bottles are ‘oily’ to touch ?

Mine wasn’t. Used Pigeon and Philips Avent. But they do advise you to wash and sterilise before the first use. Hope that helps your bottles

it’s some sort of gloss/polish, helps make the bottle looks “newer” just wash n sterilise before use

I never noticed this. I use the comotomo Bottle’s and they are soft and dry to touch

I never notice it. I will always wash and use hot water to sterilize it before using.

Same for my Philip milk containers too!

After u use their baby detergent to wash will it still feel oily?
