Did your daughter show any other allergy symptoms besides vomiting after eating squash? Such as chronic runny nose, rashes, fussiness and diarrhoea etc. If she did, best to consult a doctor to confirm.

She didn't exhibit any of those symptoms - but she did get a fever after. Thanks for the advice. I'll bring her to the doctor to have her checked up.
