Don’t give up just because of frustration. Keep trying and supplement with formula if needed. It’s a tough but rewarding journey.
Hi, mummy. Can do a mix of formula and breast milk. At least the baby is still getting the required nutrients and immunity :)
I topped up with formula when breastmilk was lacking. Baby’s happy, and I’m less stressed.
