Desperately looking for solution regards to toddler’s sleep

Desperately looking for solution. My 25 mo toddler has been putting up fight during nap and bedtime, despite being tired or even not feeling well. She will go into complete meltdown, loss of emotion control. eg. Tell u to hug her when u already hugging her, tell u to bring her out of room, she still scream when we are out. Every single session for the past 3-4 days. Please advice me on what should i do? Im totally lost, upset, frustrated. Thank you so much in advance.
