First solid food for infant
Dear parents, what will be the first food to be offered to your infant when he/she may start on solid? Cereal rice oatmeal real food puree? Brands recommendation? TIA??
Hi mummy start off with rice cereal to see if there's any allergic sign. Oats can trigger allergy and rmb the 3 day rule before introducing new food. Hope it helps! https://community.theasianparent.com/q/first-food-i-gave-babyi-started-when-5-month-oldi-started-with-1-sc/1682976?d=mobile&ct=q&share=trueRead more
I started with apple sauce puree, carrot puree, prune puree, pear and banana puree.. later on rice cereals, baby bites.. I bought Gerber and Heinz to begin with. Will be making my own food soon..
We started with Hipp and Cerelac cereals. Also puree - banana, avocado, butternut squash, carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato are good to start with
I started with avocados then I moved on to Gerber cereal which I got from ntuc. Very easy to prepare!
I gave Gerber organic cereal first. Moved on t fruits like mashed bananas and apples
