Hi mummy start off with rice cereal to see if there's any allergic sign. Oats can trigger allergy and rmb the 3 day rule before introducing new food. Hope it helps! https://community.theasianparent.com/q/first-food-i-gave-babyi-started-when-5-month-oldi-started-with-1-sc/1682976?d=mobile&ct=q&share=true

I started with apple sauce puree, carrot puree, prune puree, pear and banana puree.. later on rice cereals, baby bites.. I bought Gerber and Heinz to begin with. Will be making my own food soon..

We started with Hipp and Cerelac cereals. Also puree - banana, avocado, butternut squash, carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato are good to start with
