breastmilk

currently wk28 pregnant, and I start to worry regarding the supply of breastmilk... is there anything I can do or eat now to helps in producing more breast milk after I give birth? *milk is not an option for me?*

Try tcm? The physician prescribe me with some herbs to cook soup weekly to slowly build up the milk supply. I don’t know how true it is yet, but will hope for the best 😬

It’s ok, not to worry. Now you shouldn’t be stressing on this. You will get enough when times come. Let your baby latch and pump regularly by then. ;)

Hi, First of all please be positive and calm, it is really important. Also, have green leafy vegetables and iron content in your diet :)
