Bila sy stress/bnyk fkir/ mood swings,, sy search d ytb KDrama romntc cmedy pastu tgk @Telgrm ... sy suka heal diri dgn cara bgtu.. klu ada xspndpat dgn suami,, bila msing" ego,, sy lyan KD tuu ketawa tbahak" lucu ..Pdhl d hjung katil , ada yg sdg sentap mkn hati sbb sy lgsung xterkesan 🤭🤭🤭 Stiap kali jd unexpected issues / jiwa kacau method ni lebih effective jd penawar .. Bg sy,, tdk elok buat diri sndri "sakit" byk fkir bnda yg buat anxiety dri sndri☺️

normaly kalau org terdekat buat saya marah saya akan cakap. saya tak perlu pendam kerana saya selalu fikir kalau org sering lukakan hati kita dan kita x ambil action dan biar hati kita sakit .. it will make u worst. jika org luar saya akan ambil cara utk cooldown dlu jika boleh tegur kita tegur cara elok saya org yg outspoken.
