Hi all. Just checking is this miscarriage?
Went for my first scan on thurs and doc mentioned baby was at 6w4day with no heartbeat detected, went a&e on sat and also no heartbeat detected.
Had spotting on wed and started bleeding on Friday till now (3days). No cramp at all.
