Yes, in moderation, though there are some who develop allergic reactions to crab during pregnancy. Then, of course, there are the myths that pregnant women shouldn't eat crabs else the kids would be born with "many hands and legs", i.e. very restless and like to touch everything they see
if you have no known allergies it's safe to eat, also, moderation is key. you can eat anything, just don't overeat will do :) some women experience allergies during pregnancy, just take note of it :)
The strange thing is some pregnant women can get allergic reactions to foods they weren't allergic to before they were pregnant. So, like all things during this time, moderations is key!
Hi... pregnant mums are encouraged to eat any food that they like but in moderation. You can eat it once in awhile but not everyday
I get rashes when i eat crab legs but that does not stop me from eating what i crave for. Always eat in moderation 👍
Yes, safe. But do eat in moderation as there is risk of mercury if taken in excess.
