Can Pregnant Women eat Batam Fish
My hubby don't allow me eat Batam fish say high in Mercury but really craving :(

In Singapore, the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority (AVA) monitors the mercury levels of fish imported into Singapore, so the batang fish (Spanish mackerel) is safe to eat but limit to 1 serving only.

Don't eat better. I also didn't eat for the whole period of pregnancy. Better be safe than sorry

Best not to eat fish with high mercury as it will affect baby growth.
