BP tinggi

Bermula la lagi check up sy utk doktor monitor utk tempoh 2 minggu ni.. even BP dah turun..tp doktor still pggil dtg KK check BP seminggu 2x.. awal2 152, then 146, lepas tu 136.. n hari ni 132.. doktor still x puas hati.. Ada apa2 petua tak yang blh share..
