is chocolate Milk ok to take

Hi Beautiful souls, just wanna check if we can drink HL chocolate or meiji chocolate milk during 2and trimester? I totally dislike white milk since young. Will it had bad side effects takin chocolate milk instead.. :(

Yes can drink . In moderation But you may mix with water if too sweet. You can try half a cup see whether you will vomit? Can try fresh fruits juices too

please take note hl milk is not pasteurised milk. best to take pasteurised milk.
