Baby Fusses And Cries Alot

My baby is 6 weeks old and seem to be fussing and crying alot especially over the past week. She will yell n fuss once wake up, cannot put down after she sleep and sometimes it seems for no reason. Is she going through a growth spurt? She drinks 80ml every 2-2.5h at the moment total abt 700-800ml. Really very exhausting I wonder how long this will last.
