is shared custody allowed?

I'm guessing you are referring to shared care and control. The concept of "custody" in Singapore relates to the ability to make decisions for the child on important matters like education, religion and medical decisions. Shared care and control is definitely allowed in Singapore and is increasingly being viewed as ideal, especially if parents are able to work together and if the children are close to both parents.
