Anyone who has an immature spouse/partner here? How do you deal with them?

My husband is immature at times. He doesn't understand my work even though I just work from home. He asked me to quit several times as he didn't want both of us to work because he wants us to venture into business. I keep telling him that we still can't afford to stop working at the moment.
