teething??

Hi can anyone tell me if those white spots are teeth? There's only 2 at the top side by side. My baby's only three month old. He's not in any pain. It's not cysts. Doesnt smell either. Tried cleaning it softly with baby gum wipes but it doesnt come off?

Yes it’s budding teeth. My lo had it too and now have 8 teeth and more are coming out slowly.

Likely! My lo grow a tiny tooth when she was about 3 moths plus!
