I have terrible vivid nightmares now and again during pregnancy (some related to baby/birth but not all). It's probably subconscious anxiety or worries. I notice that I less likely to get these dreams when I go to bed after an especially good day or in a positive vibe. Try going to sleep with happy thoughts π
Just had a nightmare yesterday. I try not to discuss what happened in my dream so as to forget it and move on. I try to think of it as just a dream and reality will be better!
Don't eat too much before bedtime. It might cause nightmare or bad dreams
I had it throughout my pregnancy. Donβt worry! Just relax
