I had a terrible backache which lasted for about a month after giving birth! What really helped apart from the warm compresses and slow walks were the post-natal massages I went for every week.

You will have it every now and then since u still need to carry your baby. So it will be good to do some exercises to strengthen your lower back muscles.

I had it for a coupe of weeks but I went to a Chinese physician. It's all good now. do seek medical help now so as not to prolong the symptom.

Yes, esp since I didn't observe the confinement rules. Periodic deep tissue massage helps a lot!

I had knee aches because of the extra ache I carried but not backache

I had it now and then. Will go for some massage to ease the pain.
