Dull cramps and backache

Anyone experienced dull cramps in second tri? And backache..the suan feeling. Feels like menstruation again. The cramps and backache lasts almost the whole day. Is this normal?

It could be braxton hicks... when i was pregnant, i went for a prenatal massage every month to manage with the backache. Hang in there mummy!
