Morning sickness in third trimester

Anyone here facing the same issue? I’m currently 36 weeks and baby measuring small because i can’t keep my food down, and i’m already on diclectin..

I’m 38 weeks and have been feeling very nauseous since 36 weeks. I can’t go without eating but at the same time no appetite . You’re not alone
