anyone face the same problem like me... currently in 14 weeks... the back pain is really killing me..whether i sit,walk or lying in bed..

Dont forget to make an exercise Pelvic tilting,it can help reduce back pain and increase core strength.. These exercise can be performed while lying, sittingc or standing madam.😍
