If you know you are forgetful because you are tired or sleep deprived or just too many matters daily, try to use your Mobile phone or write on a notebook to note down important stuff to help you manage stuff and have less stress=)
Yes. I've experienced forgetfullness alot too. Its frustrating. I thought ive had it all planned but then i will forget it later.
I believe most mothers forgot the pains of giving birth as soon as we set eyes on our newborn too, right? That's how forgetful we become. Haha!
